The Overture requested an interview with Paul Smith, Parking Enforcement supervisor at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), to discuss issues brought up in ‘No Parking.’ Smith, via email,  directed us to email a list of questions he could respond to ‘via the university’s Office of Communication,’ which he said was a requirement for all media inquiries at UTD.
